Having luck 10 will let you to get the best weapons in the game using special, random event on desert map:

  • Red Ryder LE BB Gun (25-25 Range: 32)
  • Alien Blaster (30-90 Range: 10)

Also notable, lower DPS but higher range:

  • Turbo Plasma Rifle (35-70 Range:35)

Stats

  • Strength. Can be increaced by 4 points (surgery +1, armour +3).
  • Perception. Can be increaced by 1 points (surgery +1)
  • Endurance. Can be increaced by 1 point (surgery +1)
  • Charisma. Can be increaced by 1 point (song +1)
  • Intelengence. Can be increaced by 1 point (surgery +1)
  • Agility. Can be increaced by 1 point (surgery +1)
  • Luck. Can be increaced by 1 point (cards +1)

Recomended stats are:

  • 6/9/2/2/9/9/10

Traits

  • Finesse. +10% Critical chance. -30% total damage
  • Small Frame. Carry Weight = 25 + (15 x your Strength)
  • Gifted. +1 to all SPECIAL stats. -10% to all skills. 5 less skill points per level.
  • Fast Shot. All throwing and firearm attacks cost 1 less AP. Cannot aim attacks.
  • Bloody Mess. More violent death animations.
  • Skilled. +5 skill points per level. +1 Perk rate
